I am a Senior Property Associate specializing in high-end residential real estate and investment portfolios.

 

With over 17 years of experience in the city, I combine international exposure with deep local market knowledge. Originally from Moldova and educated in the United States, I bring a structured and analytical approach shaped by my Finance MBA and corporate background.

I work with private clients and investors across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, advising on prime, branded, and investment-led residential assets. My role is not just to present opportunities, but to help clients understand where each asset sits in the market, how it compares, and whether it aligns with their objective.
